The main thing about purchasing a home is to have confidence in your realtor. This is the second time that June Cook has handled transactions for us. The first time, we actually did nothing and she carried the "whole ball" from beginning to end. This time was very similiar although we were more involved. She noticed things we did not and brought them to our attention. We could not be present for the Inspection and she was. She handled everything and we did not have to worry about a thing from finding a home to signing the papers at closing. I honestly don't know when June Cook slept because some mornings I would turn on the computer and there would be an e-mail that she had sent time wise almost in the middle of the night! She was ALWAYS ON TOP OF ANY SITUATION THAT AROSE and anything that we asked her to do (within reason) she did even though sometimes maybe she disagreed and pointed out why she disagreed.
